The production process of medical heating blankets
he high-frequency heat-sealing production process for medical warming blankets is as follows:
1. Equipment Preparation and Preheating
Connect to three-phase AC380V power supply. Turn on the main switch and the power switch of the high-frequency (HF) machine control box. Keep the HF switch temporarily off. Activate the heating system power switch for the HF machine head to preheat the vacuum tube and molds.
2. Mold Installation and Calibration
Place insulating material (e.g., high-temperature-resistant fabric) on the lower mold base of the HF equipment. Install the upper mold on the machine head. Set the device to manual mode. Calibrate the alignment of the upper and lower molds to ensure they remain level.
- If the molds fail to align properly, adjust the lower mold position.
- If levelness issues persist, adjust the upper mold until the HF molds achieve horizontal alignment.
3. Parameter Configuration
On the touchscreen, set relevant parameters, including:
- Head descent time: Time for the upper mold to descend and press against the lower mold.
- Welding time: Duration of HF energy output.
- Cooling time: Interval between HF shutdown and mold retraction.
These parameters should be flexibly adjusted based on product specifications, with no fixed values. Final settings are determined by achieving qualified sample results.
4. Current Calibration
During initial mold setup, set the HF machine's current to the minimum level. Gradually increase the current to prevent arcing.
5. Heat-Sealing Operation
Once preheating is complete and the target temperature is reached, activate the HF switch and switch to automatic mode. Begin test runs and proceed with product welding.
6. Quality Inspection and Adjustment
During testing, if sample welding results are unsatisfactory:
- Slowly increase the HF current while monitoring the ammeter.
- If issues persist, adjust the tuner knob and refine welding/cooling times iteratively until desired sample quality is achieved.
