Negative pressure drainage bottle heat sealing machine
Equipment Composition and Working Principle
Main Structure:
High-Frequency Heat Sealing Head/Welding Head: The core component, containing a heating element that precisely transfers heat to the sealing area.
Pressure Mechanism: Typically pneumatically or electrically driven, providing uniform and adjustable pressure to ensure a strong weld.
Control System: Usually equipped with a touchscreen for setting and adjusting three key parameters: temperature, pressure, and heat sealing time.
Workflow (Taking a common disposable negative pressure drainage bottle as an example):
Preparation: Connect the drainage bottle and drainage tube, placing it with the bottle opening facing upwards in the fixed position of the heat sealing machine.
Positioning: Place the plastic tube or specific part of the bottle opening that needs high-frequency heat sealing between the heat sealing heads.
High-Frequency Heat Sealing: Start the equipment; the heat sealing heads close at the set temperature and pressure for the set time, allowing the plastic material to melt and bond, forming a strong seal.
Main Application Scenarios
This equipment is a key production tool for medical device (consumable) manufacturers, primarily used to manufacture:
Disposable negative pressure drainage bottles/canisters: such as chest drainage bottles, abdominal drainage bottles, neurosurgical drainage bottles, etc.
Positioning tanks for negative pressure wound therapy (VSD/VAC).
Other medical plastic containers requiring preset negative pressure.
